Due to customer demand, Datos have developed a 'Customer Bulletin Board' within Season Office so as sales staff can be fully aware of any important notices.
This additional add-on has been developed to show a bulletin window so staff can immediately see what information is important to them when talking to the customer.
If a particular customer has a note regarding their credit status, the system will default the 'Credit' tab to appear first. A yellow Warning Triangle will appear if there is data under the other tabs. The 'General' tab will be defaulted if there is data but no credit warning, and the 'Sales Notes' tab will be defaulted if there is no General Message and no Credit Warning.
General tabs show messages which are global for all customers. Sales Notes are specific for the customer, and can be defaulted to show any information from the customers record as picked by the administrator.
There is also the ability to copy a customer's 'Sales Note' format using the wizard. This enables the administrator to create 'templates' of specific notes to be copied to chosen customers.
This function will be available as a seperate module within Season Office 12
