A new Promotional Price Import Feature has been developed within Season Office. This new feature will appeal to clients who regularly have products on promotion in a wide range of stores, for example symbol groups or multiples.
Previously the operator would have selected the promotional item and then allocated customers who would get that item, the price and date range of the promotion. This proved to be time consuming, especially if there were a large number of shops running the same promotion. This new feature to Season Office will dramatically reduce the time taken to do this.
A CSV File should be produced in the following format as dictated by the wizard:
Using a csv file allows the operator to bulk copy and paste which will eliminate the need to enter each customer individually. The Promotional Price Wizard will check the data to ensure that it is compatible without incorrect and missing Customer/Product Codes before being imported.
